Photography services for Paramount School, Holiday SCO Night on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. 5pm-7pm. Event total $550.

Deliverables: Photographer will provide, holiday backdrop and set up with studio lighting for professional photos. Each family will receive up to 3 high resolution edited digital images via online gallery with all rights to print.

Payment to photographer is due upon request before or on Monday November 24, 2025. Payment can be made via website link or check made out to Paris Thomas (only). Photographer can pick up check from school or check mailed to 616 E Lawrence St. Mishawaka IN 46545 and received by November 24, 2025.

Reschedule/ Cancellations and Refunds: In the event that the Holiday SCO night needs rescheduling, you can transfer your booking fee to a new date or different session within the school year 2025-2026 school year.

In the event that the Holiday SCO night is cancelled after fee paid and materials secured for event, Client (Paramount South Bend) is granted a partial refund of fee paid ($550) minus any locked in expenses by Photographer for event (including but not limited to; rented gear & equipment, supplies, etc.) Photographer will provide expense report to Client. All supplies purchased for event is owned by Photographer.
