Payment: Nonrefundable booking fee of $150 to secure date. Remaining balance of $300 due 1 week before event on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 by 11:59pm. Payments can be made via site link or Apple Pay to 574-532-5178.

Reschedule/Cancellation: If event needs cancelling or rescheduling with 48 hour notice to photographer, you can transfer your booking fee to a new date or different session within the year. Under 48 hours, booking fee and studio session forfeit — no transfer.
