Service Details:

Photography services for both May 21st VIP reception from 5-7p and May 22nd Conference day from 7am-4pm. I will arrive 1 hour prior on each day to capture intimate details of event and set up, totaling 11 hours of service. What you will receive; high resolution online gallery delivered 3-4 weeks after event with 100 - 200 images and a preview gallery of 20-30 images delivered 24 hours after for any desired social media recap posting and sharing.

I have a story telling shooting style so my goal is to capture the intimate and poetic essence of the conference. Lots of candids of laugher, hugs, smiles and engagement along with some staged photographs of speakers, guests, details, venue and more.
