Photography service for 80th birthday celebration on Saturday, December 13, 2026 at The Majestic on the River in South Bend, IN. Event is from 4-8pm and photographer will cover 4 hours of coverage from 3:30-7:30pm, arriving 30 minutes before at 3pm for family photographs.

Payment: This service totals $600. Nonrefundable booking fee of $200 is included in service total which secures date, this fee is often paid in advance. Due to time of booking, full service payment is due upon request Friday, December 12, 2026. Payment options are available via website link or Apple Pay to Paris Thomas at 574-532-5178.

Deliverables: High resolution edited images delivered via online gallery with all rights to print. 20 preview images delivered 24 hours after event with final gallery delivered by January 13, 2026. Photographer will capture a collection of posed family portraits, candids, food, decor, detail and storytelling photographs.

Cancellation/Refund: In the event that the celebration is cancelled, photographer will issue a partial refund of $400. The $200 nonrefundable booking/retainer fee can be transferred to a new event or session within the year. The partial refund is due to loss opportunity/and time of photographer.

Full refund issued at any fault of photographer to not deliver and/or service what is stated above. Photographer doesn’t issue refund for not liking photographs. Photographer agrees to deliver photographs of quality, taste and style as seen on website portfolio.
