Payment: Nonrefundable booking/retainer fee of $200 to secure session and studio. Remaining balance of $175 due 48 hours before session on Thursday, November 6, 2025 by 11:59pm. Payments can be made via site link or Apple Pay to 574-532-5178.

Reschedule/Cancellation: If session needs cancelling or rescheduling with 48 hour notice to photographer, you can transfer your booking/retainer fee to a new date or different session within the year. Under 48 hours, booking fee and studio session forfeit — no transfer.
